Message for the work:

The word ``sushi'', which is highly recognized overseas as a Japanese food, is painted on the surface to express the Japanese character.

The color is indigo, reminiscent of indigo dyeing, a traditional technique dating back to the Edo period, and the background is inspired by washi paper.

On the back side, there is a cute depiction of townspeople from the Edo period eating sushi.

One point that comes up many times is the style of stamps stamped on ukiyo-e prints.

The goshuin book is packed with culture from the Edo period, when sushi became popular.

The overall design makes it easy for both men and women, as well as people from overseas, to pick up the product.
